One of the defensive moves being floated is a return for Jarell Quansah. Liverpool are understood to have included a buy-back option when selling the defender to Bayer Leverkusen last summer. The centre-back appears to also be thought of as full-back cover by England boss Thomas Tuchel and could have a part to play when the Three Lions take on Croatia in their World Cup opener tonight.
