Hoops boss Martin O'Neill has been working to strengthen his squad after missing out on Kelechi Iheanacho, and progress is reportedly being made on other targets. The champions are pushing to reach an agreement for Hassan, whose minimum fee release clause dropped from £16 million to £10 million this summer following Oviedo's relegation from La Liga.
