Banbury Therapy Group enters administration after 17 years

A UK therapy company that operated for 17 years has gone into administration. The Banbury Therapy Group, providing counselling and training services, entered administration on June 5. Administrators Paul Ellison and Chris Errington of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited have been appointed.

Background of the company

Founded in 2009, the company offered psychotherapy, mental health support, and counselling to the Banbury and North Oxfordshire community. Initially based near Horton Hospital on Oxford Road, it later moved to fully refurbished soundproofed therapy rooms on Parsons Street in Banbury. The company provided both face-to-face and online counselling, as well as counselling training through its CPCAB-approved Counselling Academy.
