Arsenal are also in talks with Leicester City over a deal for 16-year-old winger Jeremy Monga, with a fee of around £10 million expected. If an agreement is not reached, the matter could go to a tribunal. Additionally, the club is monitoring Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, who has impressed for Morocco at the World Cup, though Lille would demand at least £60 million for the 18-year-old.
In other transfer news, Arsenal remain interested in Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez, who has publicly stated his desire to leave for Barcelona. However, Atletico are reluctant to sell to a Spanish rival and would require his €500 million release clause to be triggered.
