Abandoned Dog Found Dumped in Crate on Freezing Street
An adorable Shih Tzu-cross was found shivering and abandoned in a plastic crate on a bitterly cold street in Merseyside. The RSPCA is now investigating and appealing for information to find the culprits behind this cruel act.
