Severe disruption hit the London Underground on Friday morning, with suspensions affecting the Circle, District and Northern lines.
Circle and District line failures
Just after 6.30am, the Circle line was completely suspended due to a points failure at High Street Kensington. The same issue halted District line services between Tower Hill and Ealing Broadway, while severe delays affected other sections of the line.
Northern line signal failure
There was no service between Charing Cross and Camden Town northbound on the Northern line because of a signal failure at Warren Street. The disruption caused chaos for commuters making their way into London.
