The extracted script depicts a conversation between Atreus and a character named Mau, who speaks only the word 'Mau' in a manner similar to Groot. Atreus says, 'Wake up. I think we’re close,' and later, 'I hope you're right. Sounds like we found it.'
Another segment mentions a 'Robed Figure' who utters a line in Ancient Greek: 'The white snake will eat you.' This could reference Jörmungandr, the World Serpent from Norse mythology. Additionally, the figure says, 'One failed us. One rejected us,' with Athena responding, 'We have a problem.'
Fans speculate that 'one who failed us' refers to Odin, who failed to harness the Mask’s power in Ragnarok, while 'one who rejected us' is Atreus, who destroyed the Mask.
