The Ocean Bottle PEAK keeps a cold drink cool for 15 hours and an iced drink for 30 hours, according to a review during the UK heatwave. The bottle, priced at £40, also kept fizzy drinks fizzy, a feature that impressed the reviewer.
Eco-friendly design and new colours
The British company launched its Tital Tones range this year, with new colours available across its Original, GO, Brew, and brand-new PEAK ranges. According to Ocean Bottle, the shades are drawn from life between tides, with Kelp Green, Tidal Pink, Super Blue and Rockpool Grey to choose from.
For every bottle sold, the company funds the collection of 1,000 ocean-bound plastic bottles. The PEAK itself is made from 90% recycled stainless steel.
Performance and durability
The slim design means it should fit into a car cup holder, depending on the car, and its 710ml capacity should last a while. It will keep a hot beverage hot for seven hours.
The bottle feels well-engineered and durable, backed by a ten-year warranty with free replacement parts. It is available from the Ocean Bottle website, and can be engraved for an extra £10 if given as a gift.
