PropTech firm Kamma is hosting a webinar for letting agents as regulatory pressures across the private rented sector continue to increase. The company, which monitors local authority licensing schemes across the PRS, will hold the online event at 11am on 13 October.

The webinar will examine the latest regulatory changes affecting letting agents and landlords, as well as how agencies can respond to growing compliance requirements. It will also look at how agents can use compliance support as part of their landlord proposition in an increasingly regulated market.

Another area of focus will be operational capacity. Kamma will discuss how agencies can scale their compliance processes without increasing headcount. The session will also examine the role of compliance in the continuing consolidation of the lettings sector, including its importance during agency acquisitions and portfolio integration.
