The airline provides online check-in and mobile boarding passes for most airports in its network, but a printed pass is needed when departing from a specific list of destinations.
Why Some Airports Require Paper Boarding Passes
The airline says mobile boarding passes allow travellers to keep trip information in one convenient and secure location, and reduce paper waste. These passes can be accessed offline once downloaded to the Apple or Google wallet. However, when departing from particular airports, passengers must print a paper boarding pass after checking in online.

The full list of airports where a printed boarding pass is required includes: Izmir (ADB), Agadir (AGA), Antalya (AYT), Aqaba (AQJ), Belgrade (BEG), Djerba (DJE), Essaouira (ESU), Harstad (EVE), Hurghada (HRG), Sitia (JSH), Luxor (LXR), Enfidha (NBE), Marrakech (RAK), Rabat (RBA), Marsa Alam (RMF), Scandinavian Mountains (SCR), Cairo Sphinx (SPX), and Sharm El Sheikh (SSH).
Document Checks Before Security
