Product features and uses
The bags are said to be suitable for cars, vans, homes, caravans and more, absorbing excess moisture, damp and condensation all year round. Each pack contains two large 1kg dehumidifier bags, which are claimed to absorb moisture, damp, mould, mildew and odours while helping to reduce condensation, misted windows and rust in vehicles.
They are reusable and can be dried in the microwave, oven, heater or in direct sunlight. Shoppers are advised to use anti-slip pads for safe placement.
Shopper reviews and alternatives
There are currently no reviews for the Fineway bags on Yimbly's site, but on Amazon shoppers have left many positive comments. One person said: "Brilliant product, made such a difference in the car. No more wet windscreen inside. Haven't had to clear the screen inside since the first use. Once the blue spot turns pink, it's a quick 10 minutes in the microwave, and it's ready to use again. I have one on our window sills, car, and en suite. Anywhere you have an issue with condensation, this is the product for you."
Another added: "I have found these dehumidifier packs great for drying the condensation on the windows of my Truckman, which gets very wet with wet dogs travelling in it. Would highly recommend for anyone who has a condensation problem. They are a lot bigger than they appear in the photos, so do look at the measurements."
A third shopper wrote: "Perfect! Left in my Kia overnight during the colder months and it cuts my morning defrosting time in half! Obviously still need to de-ice the outside, but the fogged up inside is gone! Couldn't recommend more! And super easy to reset."
Some feedback was less glowing. One shopper said: "I have to dry these out every couple of days, my car isn't that wet inside, just your average. Other than that, yes, I think they are helping with the damp mornings." Another noted: "Dropped a star because it took a couple of days, but I guess I had a lot of moisture in the car to get rid of. That said, the blue dot has not turned pink yet which would mean drying it out on a radiator or microwave."
