Valencia's Andre Almeida and Randers FC youngster Ousseynou Fall Seck have both been considered lately, although neither appear close to joining at this stage.

Reports in Spain suggest Almeida now has his heart set on a move to Celta Vigo, seemingly turning down the chance to join the Swans. Fall Seck, in contrast, is understood to be very interested in joining, although there are several other sides in the frame.

Nzingoula's career so far

Whether the club turn their attention to Nzingoula remains to be seen.

Nzingoula joined Strasbourg back in 2022 after joining from Orleans, and made his first-team debut in February 2024. He has since played 15 times for the French side, after previously spending the 2024-25 season at Ligue 1 rivals Montpellier.

Last term, he spent the second half of the campaign in Germany with Nurnberg. It's claimed Nurnberg had a €4m option to buy, but chose not to take it up.

With just one year remaining on his deal, it's been suggested he's now an option for clubs on these shores.
