Celtic's move for Landon Emenalo has been left up in the air. The Chelsea left-back was up in Scotland earlier this week and underwent a medical with the Hoops.
The England under-18 player was expected to join the champions on-loan for the season, but the deal still hasn't been finalised. Martin O'Neill thought Emenalo would be in the building for their Premier Sports Cup clash with Dundee United.
Fresh interest elsewhere
The defender has since had fresh interest from elsewhere and is now considering his options. It now remains to be seen if the deal will happen or Celtic will need to look elsewhere.
Left-back priority
Celtic wanted a deal done before their Champions League qualifier with LASK on Monday. They have Kieran Tierney for left-back but beyond that they only have Adam Montgomery.
