Arsenal are monitoring RB Leipzig forward Yan Diomande ahead of a potential summer move, with a fee of £86 million reportedly required to prise the 19-year-old away from the Bundesliga side. The Ivory Coast international, who joined Leipzig from Leganes for £17.3 million in July, has impressed this season with six goals and three assists in 14 appearances.

According to reports, Leipzig have no intention of selling Diomande during the January transfer window and his contract, which runs until 2030, means any suitor will need to make a substantial offer to secure his signature. The teenager is among Europe's most sought-after young talents, with Manchester United and Tottenham also linked.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are also working on a deal for Blackburn Rovers forward Igor Tyjon. The 17-year-old has made three senior appearances for the Championship side and has rejected a professional contract at Ewood Park. No fee has been agreed, but the move is considered one to watch in the current window.
