Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek celebrated their first Wimbledon titles in style at the annual Champions' Dinner, held at Raffles London at The OWO in Whitehall. The black-tie event saw the tennis stars joined by fellow champions for a lavish three-course meal.
The menu, shared on Instagram by British player Harriet Dart, began with an Orkney scallop paired with pumpkin risotto, topped with 24-month-aged parmesan shavings and rosemary chicken jus. The main course featured slow-cooked Hereford beef fillet with potato dauphinoise, carrots, braised short rib, and red wine jus.
Dessert was a summer Eton mess with blackberries, passionfruit, and Bermondsey bees' honey. Wine options included La Rose Creation, a 2022 French Chablis, and a 2023 Chianti from Italy.
After dinner, Sinner and Swiatek posed with their trophies and performed the traditional champions' dance to 'Feel It Still' by Portugal. Sinner admitted to drinking heavily after his win over Carlos Alcaraz, saying, 'We were drinking quite a lot in the last hours.'
