Norway won two of their three group stage matches and impressed in the knockout rounds, defeating Ivory Coast in the last 32 before stunning Brazil in the round of 16. Erling Haaland scored both goals in that victory, showcasing his superb form throughout the campaign.
Manager Stale Solbakken acknowledged the illness issue but expressed confidence in the squad's recovery. "We've had a few players who haven't been feeling well, but things are getting better. It's not ideal during a tournament, but we're managing the issue," he said.

Team doctor Ola Sand confirmed that all players are now healthy. "All players are healthy now. Very little fuss considering that we have been close together for almost six weeks. We are in control," Sand stated.

Few surprises are expected in the starting XI. Haaland will surely start again, but there may be changes among the wingers.
