Bohemian Breeze is tipped to complete a course-and-distance hat-trick in the JenningsBet In Basingstoke Brighton Challenge Cup Handicap (4.25) at Brighton on Thursday. The six-year-old son of Galileo has won his last three starts over the track's mile and a quarter, and despite a 4lb rise in the ratings, he remains well treated on old form.

Course specialist

The grey doesn't always look the most straightforward conveyance, but Brighton's undulations seem to suit him. Two starts ago, he secured a fifth career win by a neck from Night Bear, and followed up three weeks later from a 5lb higher mark, holding Annexation by a couple of lengths under Tom Queally. Duran Fentiman takes off 3lb today.

The handicapper has raised him a further 4lb, taking his BHA rating to 64, but connections will be confident of another bold showing.
