Andoni Iraola has left the door open for Liverpool trio Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo to potentially return from injury against Brentford this weekend.
Iraola's update on the trio
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Thursday, the Reds boss said: "It's early for us to say, we have to train tomorrow."
"They were not ready [to play against LASK Linz in the Champions League], so we have to wait and see. Early but like I said they were not ready for previous games, I leave the chance open."
What's next
Further updates are expected following Friday's training session, with the final decision on the trio's availability for the Brentford match still to be made.
