Taylor Wimpey East Scotland has made a new donation to Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club, continuing its support for grassroots sport. The contribution follows previous backing and will help the club maintain high-quality training opportunities, equipment, and kit for young players across its age groups.
Support for 2016 age group
Club coach coordinator David Drummond said the renewed support is making a significant difference to the club’s 2016 age group. He said: “We are incredibly grateful for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s continued support. This season, their sponsorship is helping our 2016 team as they embark on their second season of 7-a-side football, an important stage in their development and enjoyment of the game.”
“The sponsorship allows us to keep costs down for families, ensuring football remains accessible to as many children as possible. It also helps us provide the equipment, facilities and resources needed to give players a positive, safe and enjoyable experience as they continue to develop both on and off the pitch.”
Commitment to communities
Kirsty McGill, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “We are proud to be continuing our support for grassroots football in the local communities where we build, and we were delighted to be able to support Bathgate Thistle Community Football Club with a further donation.”
She continued: “Seeing the children thrive, grow in confidence and enjoy their football is incredibly rewarding. Supporting Bathgate Thistle again allows us to play our part in helping the club develop future talent while also reinforcing our commitment to creating thriving communities at Sibbalds Wynd.”
