The 2026/27 club season gets underway within days, with the Scottish Premiership starting on Friday 31 July and the Premier League following on 21 August. Sky Sports will be the home of the majority of the live action, carrying at least 215 top-flight matches during the campaign.
Beyond the Premier League, Sky's coverage spans more than 1,000 EFL fixtures, including all the Carabao Cup action, a dedicated F1 channel and all the major golf tournaments. Every subscription now includes 135 channels and free access to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, discovery+ and Hayu.
Package options and prices
The Essential TV bundle with Sky Sports costs £35 a month with no upfront fee, and comes with Sky Stream, Netflix and Sky Sports. A 24-month minimum contract applies, and prices can change during the term. For those wanting the full entertainment stack, the Ultimate TV package is available from £24 a month, bringing HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, discovery+, Hayu and 135 live channels. Adding Sky Sports to that costs an extra £20 a month, under the same contract conditions.
Sky is also offering a premium 2026/27 bundle at £44 a month, which includes at least 215 live Premier League matches, more than 1,400 live games from the EFL and other competitions, as well as F1, golf and darts.
European football with TNT Sports
Fans who want Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League matches can add TNT Sports to their Sky package for an additional £25 a month, fixed for 24 months. TNT's first big offering is the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday 12 August, when Aston Villa face PSG. TNT Sports can also be taken separately for £30.99 a month via HBO Max or as a channel on Prime Video.
For the Premier League, TNT typically holds rights to one game per gameweek and will air Hull City vs Manchester United on 22 August as its first fixture. The Community Shield between Arsenal and Manchester City on 16 August is also on TNT.

The Scottish season opens with Derek McInnes taking charge of Rangers for the first time as they travel to Dundee United. Three weeks later, Arsenal begin their title defence at home to Frank Lampard's Coventry City in the Premier League curtain-raiser.
