Heartbreaking Tribute from Girlfriend of Stuart Pearce's Son after Tractor Crash

The girlfriend of Harley Pearce, the son of former England footballer Stuart Pearce, has left a poignant note at the scene of his death. Harley, 21, died in a tractor crash on a rural road near his home in Wiltshire last Thursday.

Gloucestershire Police confirmed that emergency services were called to a collision involving a tractor at about 2.30pm. It is believed a tyre blow-out caused the vehicle to veer off the road. Harley died at the scene.

His girlfriend, Holly Watts, placed a note alongside floral tributes, writing: 'To my Hunny, the man I’ll love forever. I’m so proud of you, and of what we’ve become. You know you have my heart, and I know I have yours. I’ll cherish us forever.'

In a statement on Facebook, the Pearce family described Harley as 'a golden boy with an infectious smile' and said his death would 'leave a huge hole in the hearts' of those who knew him. They praised his work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit in the farming industry.

Stuart Pearce, a former Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest defender, played 78 times for England. Harley was his youngest child.
