Princess Charlotte's Football Team Revealed by Prince William

Prince William has revealed that his daughter Princess Charlotte is a Chelsea fan, breaking away from the family's Aston Villa tradition. The Prince of Wales, a known Aston Villa supporter, made the disclosure during a visit to Nansledan in Cornwall last week.

While meeting children from Nansledan Primary School, William was told one pupil was a Chelsea fan and responded: "My daughter loves Chelsea." The 11-year-old princess thus follows her mother, the Princess of Wales, who is also believed to support Chelsea.

William has previously stated he would not force his children to support Aston Villa, allowing them to choose their own teams. His eldest son, Prince George, has accompanied him to Villa matches and is thought to be a fan, while Prince Louis, eight, reportedly supports "about five different" teams.

The revelation comes shortly after William witnessed Aston Villa's historic Europa League victory, their first major trophy in over 40 years. The prince first became a Villa supporter at age 11, choosing the Midlands club over more popular options like Manchester United or Arsenal.
