The Masters snooker final was temporarily halted on Sunday after a medical emergency in the crowd. Players John Higgins and Kyren Wilson were taken off the table as a female spectator fell ill.
Commentator Hazel Irvine confirmed the spectator was fine and left the arena. Play resumed shortly after, with the scores level at 1-1. Wilson went on to win the third frame, taking a 2-1 lead.
Higgins, who beat Judd Trump in the semi-finals, said: 'He should maybe have been 4-0 in front and I maybe made it too easy for him. The fourth frame was massive because if he goes 4-0 it's done, but at 3-1 I felt good.'
Wilson, who defeated Wu Yize in his semi-final, commented: 'I wasn't at the races at all. I don't know where I found those final two frames. Sometimes the snooker gods are on your side.'
