Marink Reedijk has been named David Gray's successor as Hibs manager. Record Sport exclusively revealed the Belgian was the frontrunner and now the club have confirmed the news.
Unbeaten title success in Belgium
The Dutchman enjoyed success with Belgian side where he led them to the 2025/26 Challenger Pro League title and promotion to the Belgian Pro League.
Reedijk's side impressively completed the league campaign unbeaten - the first team to complete a professional Belgian league season without defeat since 1934 - while earning a reputation for attacking football and a strong team culture.
Coaching background
The 35-year-old previously worked in academy and development roles, including at AFC Ajax and West Bromwich Albion, before progressing into senior coaching positions at KSV Roeselare, Vitesse, RSCA Futures and SK Beveren.
He will be joined by Rogier Molhoek at Easter Road.
Reedijk's first words

My first job is to get to know the players, build on those foundations and make sure we are ready for Dundee United."
