Manchester United are reportedly willing to let four players leave Old Trafford this summer as manager Michael Carrick reshapes his squad. According to the Daily Mail, goalkeeper Radek Vitek, left-back Harry Amass, and midfielders Dan Gore and Toby Collyer have been told they will not feature in the Premier League this season.
Departures and interest
United are prepared to sell Vitek and Amass outright or consider loan deals with an option to buy. Vitek, who impressed on loan at Bristol City last season, has attracted interest from several Championship clubs. Amass, who also spent time in the Championship, is reportedly valued at around £6 million. Hull City are interested in signing Collyer, while Gore is available after returning from a loan spell at Rotherham United.
Previous summer business
United have already been active this summer, bringing in midfielders Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans, as well as goalkeeper Karl Darlow on a free transfer. Departures include Rasmus Hojlund's permanent move to Napoli, Casemiro leaving upon contract expiry, and Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia departing as free agents.
Youngsters in line for breakthrough
Meanwhile, youngsters Shea Lacey and Jack Fletcher are seen as more likely candidates for a first-team breakthrough. Both were named in senior squads last season and will aim to impress in pre-season. United remain in the market for a third central midfielder, with names like Manu Kone and Eduardo Camavinga linked, though Aurelien Tchouameni has reportedly agreed a contract extension at Real Madrid.
