Altay Bayindir is set to leave Manchester United this summer after the club reportedly reached an agreement over his exit.
The Turkish goalkeeper is expected to join La Liga outfit Celta Vigo, who have emerged as frontrunners despite interest from Bayindir's homeland.
Bayindir's spell at Old Trafford
Bayindir arrived at United as a number two to Andre Onana under Erik ten Hag, but he failed to win over the Dutchman despite Onana also failing to make a positive impression. Once Onana left on loan last summer, Bayindir had a chance to take over, but United opted to sign youngster Senne Lammens, leaving the 28-year-old with limited opportunities.
Spanish outlet Metropolitano claim that Celta Vigo are close to completing a loan arrangement for the goalkeeper, with the deal nearly wrapped up. The report suggests the La Liga club are optimistic about confirming Bayindir's signing next week, with the player set to join his new team-mates at a training camp in Italy.

A further report from Spanish outlet AS indicates that Bayindir is scheduled to complete a medical ahead of his Celta Vigo move on either Sunday or Monday.
Despite the ongoing speculation, United still named Bayindir in their squad for the pre-season friendly against Atletico Madrid in Sweden on Saturday evening. Bryan Mbeumo scored twice as United secured a 2-1 win over the Spanish outfit in Stockholm on Saturday night.
It remains unclear exactly if and when Bayindir will depart Old Trafford, though all indications suggest his spell at the club is drawing to a close, albeit on a temporary loan basis.
