The visit of Champions League final losers Arsenal has also been moved back a day to Sunday, November 1, and will similarly be a 4.30pm kick-off and broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Other fixtures unaffected

The trip to Brentford on Saturday, October 17, will remain at 3pm, with the following Saturday's home clash against Brighton also taking place at 3pm. Neither will be broadcast live in the United Kingdom.

It means six of Liverpool's first nine Premier League games will be broadcast live in the UK.
