Virgil van Dijk - 6: Gave away a penalty and almost scored with a header at the end of the first half.

Ifeanyi Ndukwe - 8: Made early blocks and tackles, and won the ball back that led to Isak's goal. Subbed at half-time. A loan move is expected due to work permit issues.

Kostas Tsimikas - 5: Got caught out defensively on occasions, but never stopped trying in his first appearance for Liverpool in over a year.

Lewis Koumas - 6: Put in a lot of effort on the right wing, but lacked the end product.

Alexander Isak - 7: Good link-up play with Wirtz and a clinical finish to open the scoring.

Cody Gakpo - 6: Often an option on the left wing with good link-up play, unlucky not to score with headers.
