Iraola Presser: Gravenberch Doubt for Palace Trip

Liverpool head coach Andoni Iraola is set to hold his latest press conference at the AXA Training Centre to preview Sunday's Premier League match at Crystal Palace. The session is scheduled for 1.30pm.

The Reds come into the game on the back of two consecutive defeats, following a 1-0 home loss to new league leaders Arsenal and a 3-2 Champions League defeat at Fenerbahce in midweek.

After five straight wins in all competitions, Liverpool will head to Selhurst Park for their final match before the international break looking to avoid a third consecutive loss.

Injury Concerns Ahead of Selhurst Park

Liverpool will definitely be without four players for the weekend through injury: Jeremie Frimpong, Hugo Ekitike, Conor Bradley and Giovanni Leoni.

There is also doubt over Ryan Gravenberch, who missed the Fenerbahce match with a heel injury. The midfielder has not been named in the latest Netherlands squad, which does not bode well for his availability.

Iraola is expected to provide an update on Gravenberch and other injured players during the press conference.

Positives Ahead of Palace Clash

Despite the recent setbacks, there was some good news for the club on Thursday. Rio Ngumoha has been named in the England squad for the Nations League matches against Croatia and Spain.

Ronald Araujo, meanwhile, has won Liverpool's Standard Chartered Men's Player of the Month award for October. On winning the prize for the first time, the on-loan Barcelona defender said: "I just feel grateful. I think I have to be grateful to everybody, the fans, for this prize."

Iraola will be determined to go into the international break on the back of a victory against a struggling Palace side, whose new manager Pierre Sage is under increasing pressure. The head coach has enjoyed a promising start to his Reds reign, but the midweek defeat in Istanbul means his side have now lost back-to-back matches.
