ECB Chief Executive Officer, Richard Gould, stated: “We are delighted to confirm these exciting Test series against South Africa and Pakistan. Both teams bring a rich history and competitive spirit, which will provide our players with the highest level of challenge. We look forward to welcoming fans to these iconic venues.”
Fan Engagement
The ECB has also announced initiatives to enhance fan experience, including discounted tickets for families and young people, as well as enhanced digital services for live streaming and highlights. The board is committed to making Test cricket accessible to a broader audience.
These fixtures are part of the ICC Future Tours Programme, which ensures a balanced schedule for all member nations. England's men's team will also play limited-overs series in 2026, but the Test matches remain a priority for the board.
