Chelsea are not messing around this summer. Frank Lampard wants the Premier League title back at Stamford Bridge next season and owner Roman Abramovich is backing him with big money.
The Blues have not won the top flight for three seasons but they haven't finished in the top two since then either as Manchester City and current champions Liverpool have dominated the division.
But now could that be about to change? RB Leipzig's goal-machine Timo Werner and silky Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech are already in the door at their Cobham training ground for a combined sum of £91million.
The Blues have also agreed a £50m fee with Leicester for one of the best left-backs in the country, Ben Chilwell, and a staggering £90m deal with Bayer Leverkusen to buy Bundesliga sensation Kai Havertz.
On top of that, Paris Saint-Germain's veteran centre-back Thiago Silva looks as though he is going to sign for Lampard's side for free, as well as 21-year-old former Nice defender Malang Sarr, who is a free agent.
