Derek Riordan and Charlie Mulgrew have poked fun at Kirk Broadfoot after the former defender lost his temper following Rangers' Tennents Sixes final defeat to Celtic.
Ex-players from Glasgow's two biggest clubs took part in the revived tournament, which pitted all 12 of Scotland's Premiership teams against each other.
The Ibrox legends thrashed the Hoops heroes 7-1 in the group stage, but Celtic came back to win 5-4 in Sunday's final, with Gary Hooper netting the decisive goal.
Dressing room tensions
After the match, footage on social media showed tensions boiling over in the Rangers dressing room, with an angry Broadfoot targeting goalkeeper Lee Robinson.
The 42-year-old could be heard venting his frustration at the keeper's failure to stop goals, saying: "You're diving out the way. You had f***ing seven shots this tournament. Mate, you're meant to be a goalie. Take it on the f***ing dish!" Robinson replied: "Shut the f*** up!"
Mulgrew, Riordan and the rest of the Celtic team were constantly booed during the weekend tournament and were happy to give it back to Rangers fans inside the Braehead Arena after lifting the trophy.
Social media mockery
Riordan and Mulgrew have now taken to social media to mock Broadfoot over his "take it on the f****** dish" outburst.
Riordan posted a still image on Instagram from one of the clashes against Rangers in which Mulgrew blocked a goal-bound shot from Charlie Adam with his face.
He captioned the image "Just take it in the dish!!!" and Mulgrew quickly picked it up, resharing the post with a laughing emoji.
