The build-up to this game has been largely overshadowed by the news that Pep Guardiola will be leaving Manchester City at the end of the season, but on the pitch, City need to take all three points at Bournemouth to ensure the title race goes to the last game of the season (7:30 pm, Sky Sports Main Event).
Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Burnley last night means their first title since 2004 is now within grasp with just one game to play at Crystal Palace this weekend, but City won’t want to hand it to them and will want to end a spectacular 10 years under Guardiola in style.
Bournemouth will also have a change of manager at the end of the season after boss Andoni Iraola decided against extending his stay at the Vitality Stadium. Marco Rose will replace him in the summer, but first, they can secure European football tonight, so they will be desperate for all three points tonight. The Cherries currently sit sixth in the Premier League table, with 55 points from their 36 games and are in line for their highest-ever league finish.
