Britain's Got Talent returns for its fifth and final live semi-final tonight at London's Hammersmith Apollo. Eight acts will compete for a place in Sunday's final, with only two securing a spot at the Royal Variety Show.
Among the performers is comedian Axel Blake, who impressed Simon Cowell so much in his audition that the judge pressed the Golden Buzzer, sending confetti raining down. However, some viewers noted Blake already has a successful career, including a stand-up special on Amazon Prime.
Also taking the stage is Nick, the 'Singing Dad' whose audition brought host Declan Donnelly to tears. He will perform an original song, saying he will 'pour his heart out'. Other acts include the Scooter Boys, a scooter quartet aged six to ten, and 7-year-old poet Aneeshwar from Warrington, who performed a poem about wildlife conservation.
The Welsh choir Welsh of the West End, described by Simon as 'exceptional', and dance crew IMD Legion, who previously appeared on the show seven years ago, will also perform. Comedy duo Brian and Krysstal, who won over the judges despite Simon's buzzer, complete the line-up.
The semi-final airs tonight on ITV, with the winner announced after the public vote.
