Speaking on his podcast, Rooney recalled being invited to the Beckhams' home for dinner shortly after joining Manchester United. He revealed that the meal consisted of kebabs, defying the 'Posh' image often associated with Victoria. 'She's such a lovely woman and funny. A lot funnier than people would think,' Rooney said.
The former England striker also shared a comical mishap during the visit, accidentally bumping into a young Brooklyn Beckham. 'I opened a door and bumped his head, and he started crying. I thought, 'Oh, Jesus Christ',' he recounted.
