Argentina take on Austria in their second game of Group J, with the holders looking for a second win that would see them through to the knockout stages as group winners. They beat Jordan 3-1 in their opening game, with the former Stoke City and West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic playing the part of supersub. Romano Schmid opened the scoring, with an own goal sandwiched by Arnautovic's stoppage-time penalty.
