Stephen Fleming has been named as England men's Test head coach, taking over after the 2027 Ashes series. The former New Zealand captain replaces Brendon McCullum, who will become England's white-ball head coach.
New role
Fleming, who has led Chennai Super Kings to multiple IPL titles, will begin his role in January 2027. England's Test schedule includes a series in India early 2027, followed by home series against West Indies and South Africa before the Ashes in 2027-28.
