Australia completed a dominant 3-0 sweep of the women's one-day international series against India with a thumping 185-run victory in the third ODI in Hobart. Chasing a mammoth 410 for victory, India were bowled out for 224 in the 45th over, as Alana King took 4 for 33 and Georgia Wareham claimed 2 for 3.
The foundation for Australia's huge total was laid by Alyssa Healy, who marked her final ODI appearance with a blistering 158 from 98 balls, including 27 fours and two sixes. Healy, who walked out through an Indian guard of honour, shared a big partnership with Beth Mooney, who made a century of her own. Georgia Voll contributed a half-century, and Nicola Carey's late hitting took Australia past 400.
India's chase never got going, with Smriti Mandhana falling early. Despite starts from Jemimah Rodrigues and Deepti Sharma, the innings lost momentum, and only Sneh Rana's 44 from 74 balls offered any resistance. The series result means Australia retain the multi-format trophy, having already secured it before the Test match, which begins on March 6 in Perth.
