White House Correspondents' Dinner Weekend: Top Parties Ranked by Food

The annual White House correspondents' dinner weekend in Washington is known for its parties, and choosing which to attend can be challenging. The Guardian's reviewer has ranked the top five parties of 2024 based on food, using a scoring system for taste and execution.

Two food options were selected at random from each cocktail party and scored out of ten. A three-judge appeals panel of MSNBC contributors reviewed the rankings, which were not overturned.

Events not reviewed include the Washington Women in Journalism awards, the White House Foreign Press-Meridien party, the WME-Puck party, the Washingtonian/embassy of Qatar soiree, the Politics and Inclusion dinner, the Washington AI Network-TGI Friday lunch, and the Substack New Media party.
