Former Trump AG Nominee Makes Extraordinary Extraterrestrial Claims
Matt Gaetz, the controversial former Florida congressman who was Donald Trump's initial pick for Attorney General, has made explosive claims about being briefed on a secret military program involving alien-human hybrids. Speaking on The Benny Show with right-wing influencer Benny Johnson, Gaetz detailed what he described as a shocking revelation from a uniformed Army officer.
The Alleged Breeding Program Details
According to Gaetz, a "senior-enlisted" service member in United States Army uniform briefed him in his Florida office about "hybrid breeding programs" where captured aliens were allegedly breeding with humans. "I had someone come and brief me, who was in a military uniform, worked for the United States Army, that was briefing me on the locations of hybrid breeding programs where captured aliens were breeding with humans to create some hybrid race that could engage in intergalactic communication," Gaetz stated during the interview.
The former lawmaker claimed this briefing occurred in a "non-classified setting" with members of his staff present. He further alleged that the human participants in this program had been "abducted from war zones" and "the caravans of migrants," suggesting vulnerable populations were being targeted for these experiments.
Political Context and Verification Questions
Gaetz indicated there were six to twelve facilities involved in the alleged scheme, though he admitted he did not verify the whistleblower's extraordinary claims. The service member reportedly wanted congressional representatives to visit these facilities to prevent evidence from being moved.
This revelation comes amidst ongoing political drama surrounding Gaetz, who was nominated by Trump for Attorney General in November 2024 but later withdrew amid allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor. Gaetz has consistently denied all wrongdoing and has not faced criminal charges.
Broader UFO Discourse in the Trump Administration
The Trump administration has repeatedly engaged with extraterrestrial topics, even registering the domain name "Aliens.gov." President Trump himself directed the Pentagon in February to identify and release UFO-related files, citing "tremendous interest" in the subject. "I don't know if they're real or not," Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One that same month.
Former President Barack Obama previously described aliens as "real" during a podcast appearance, though he clarified on Instagram that he "saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us." Trump accused Obama of revealing classified information by discussing the topic but suggested he might "get him out of trouble by declassifying" relevant materials.
Gaetz's Recent Political Positioning
More recently, Gaetz has taken positions distancing himself from some Trump administration policies, particularly regarding Iran. Speaking at CPAC last month, he argued that flooding ground troops into Iran would make the U.S. "poorer and less safe" and expressed concern about potentially creating more terrorists than eliminating.
The Independent has contacted both the White House and Department of Defense for comment on Gaetz's extraordinary claims about alien-human breeding programs. As of now, no official verification or denial of these allegations has been provided by government authorities.
