Usha Vance Spotted Ringless Again During Event with Melania Trump
Usha Vance's Missing Wedding Ring Sparks Speculation

Usha Vance, the wife of Vice President JD Vance, has once again sparked public curiosity after being photographed without her wedding ring during a high-profile official engagement. The Second Lady joined former First Lady Melania Trump at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland to assemble holiday care packages for deployed troops.

A Notable Absence at a Military Event

The event, held at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George's County, Maryland, saw the pair working alongside military spouses. Usha Vance, 39, was captured in photos and video dressed in a long-sleeve grey jacket and camel-coloured trousers, but her left ring finger was conspicuously bare. Despite the absence of the band, she appeared cheerful and engaged, chatting enthusiastically with visitors while seated next to Donald Trump's wife.

Melania Trump, 55, opted for an oversized grey jacket paired with black trousers and knee-high heeled boots for the occasion. The joint appearance was a show of support for military families during the festive season.

A Pattern of Ringless Appearances

This is not the first instance where Usha Vance has been seen in public without her wedding ring. In late November, during a visit to Camp Lejeune military base in Richlands, North Carolina, the mother-of-three was also ringless. She shares three young children – Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel – with the Vice President.

The contrast was highlighted on the same day as the Joint Base Andrews event, when Vice President JD Vance was photographed wearing his wedding band during a speaking engagement in Washington. This juxtaposition has fuelled online speculation about the state of the Second Couple's marriage.

Religious Differences Add to the Narrative

The speculation has been further amplified by the Vice President's recent public comments regarding their differing faiths. JD Vance, a devout Roman Catholic who converted in 2019, has openly discussed his hope for his wife to embrace Christianity.

Speaking at a Turning Point USA event at the University of Mississippi, Vance revealed, "As I've told her... Do I hope eventually that she is somehow moved by the same thing that I was moved by in church? Yeah, I honestly do wish that." He acknowledged that Usha Vance grew up in a Hindu family that was not particularly religious, and stated his desire for her to "believe in the Christian Gospel."

However, he also expressed acceptance, adding, "But if she doesn't, then God says everybody has free will, and so that doesn't cause a problem for me." The couple's approach to raising their three children in a Christian household, while Usha maintains her own spiritual path, continues to be a point of public discussion.

While the missing wedding ring remains a focal point for gossip columns, no official statement has been made by the Vice President's office regarding the matter. The couple continues their public duties, with the personal dynamics of their marriage under an intense and unforgiving media spotlight.
