The President was present at the White House on Monday as his administration unveiled alterations to its policy on child vaccinations. Nevertheless, footage circulated on X seemingly shows the President nodding off halfway through the conference.

Journalist Aaron Rupar posted: "Holy s*** Trump is OUT." Sharing another segment from the identical conference, Rupar continued: "Trump's body language is crazy. This woman is trying to talk to him and he can't keep his eyes open!"
Another wrote: "That pretty much sums up the sorry state of our republic. A circus with a declining octogenarian at the helm. This is not normal, but for republicans and their enablers it is. America is asleep and all Republicans are cowardly sell-outs."

Recently, Mr Trump also triggered additional speculation surrounding his health following a TV appearance that showed him leaving Air Force One while repeatedly slapping his leg as he descended the aircraft's stairs. This occurred mere days after Trump, 80, was photographed with severe bruising on his forearm at the LIV Golf New York tournament at his Trump National Bedminster course in New Jersey, the Daily Beast reported.
Mr Trump and the White House have consistently refuted any claims of health problems. When marks were noticed on his left hand, Trump attributed them to his daily aspirin intake, which thins the blood, and the chronic venous insufficiency he was diagnosed with in July 2025. In a statement, White House spokesperson Davis Ingle declared Mr Trump as "the sharpest, most accessible, and energetic president in American history."
