The candid image, taken at a luxury resort in Bali, shows Hembrow with a paler complexion, broader shoulders, and visible signs of cosmetic surgery, including a deep line under her left breast.
The fan's photo was uploaded to Instagram just minutes after Hembrow posted her own picture, in which she appears more tanned, with smoother skin and a perfectly contoured figure. In her post, Hembrow arched her back and turned her shoulders to achieve a flattering angle, while the unedited image shows a more realistic portrayal.
The unfiltered photo has since been hidden from Hembrow's tagged posts on Instagram. The influencer, who has two children, is believed to have undergone breast augmentation in 2017. She is currently vacationing as a VIP guest at Finns Beach Club in Canggu, Bali, where fans have been queuing for photos with her.
