Lee Andrews' former fiancée Alana Percival has accused him of faking his own death shortly after his release from prison. The ex of Katie Price had only been out of Dubai's Al-Awir prison for days before returning to social media.
Percival alleges that Andrews shared a message overnight claiming to be dead. The post, accompanied by a black and white photo of Lee, read: 'With a huge heart of Saddness [sic] And this heartfelt message. We say our final goodbyes to this beautiful soul “to our loving Lee” who has tragically passed away.'
Ex's reaction to death post
Alana said she received many messages after the post, which has since been deleted from Lee's account. She wrote: 'To everyone messaging me asking if Lee has passed away… I don't know… Lee lies so so much and told me he was dying once (which it was a lie) so I don't know what to believe seeing this!'
She added: 'He is a very unwell person and is someone that would do this for attention or planning something, or trying to make people feel sorry for him, he is sick regardless. But answer is I don't know…'
Claims of hacking
Percival later stated: 'As expected he is not dead, says he's been hacked.. more like wasn't getting a lot of Instagram views so wanted some sort of attention and views, soon he'll be showing you all his insights saying thank you for all the support.'
The fitness influencer continued: 'Hacked and back with in a hour. Man thinks everyone is thick Everyone sees through this. He has deep serious issues. I just received 100s messages with this and with in 10 mins and me already saying it won't be true after he uses this stunt when he isn't getting enough attention like he did with me, if this didn't show you how poorly this man really is then got something wrong with you!!!'
Recent posts after release
Lee's last post was a selfie of himself, posted yesterday. After months of silence on social media, he left jail and unveiled his new look this week. In an Instagram video explaining why he had a shaved head, he said: 'They got me good, look,' as he removed his cap and rubbed his head.
Promising to 'whistleblow' about this 'terrible ordeal' once he has left the country, he reiterated that he had to shave his head on his release. He continued: 'I had to shave it because obviously I am freshly out of jail, aka the most notorious prison in Dubai, Al-Awir, and, God, don't go against the system guys cause they will bury you.'
