Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews has been issued a stern ultimatum, it was reported tonight. The former glamour model shocked everyone earlier this year when she married Lee Andrews just days after meeting him. But while Katie has been in the honeymoon period of her relationship, it has been claimed things have started to unravel in recent weeks.
Missed Flight and Confusion
This week, Lee was due to appear on Good Morning Britain with Price for their first joint interview. However, just hours before they were due to appear in front of Susanna Reid and Ed Balls, Andrews was nowhere to be seen. Instead, Katie claimed that although he was at the airport the night before, he missed his flight. The 47-year-old appeared baffled as she said that although Lee had been at the airport, he had been caught up with business, as he resides in Dubai and his businesses are there.
However, Good Morning Britain had spoken to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which stated it had been assisting a British national who had been detained in the United Arab Emirates. Both Andrews and Katie strongly denied the person in question was him, as well as denying that Lee has a travel ban preventing him from leaving the UAE.
Instagram Post Raises Questions
Lee later took to his Instagram page and claimed he was at Muscat Airport, in Oman, waiting to depart for the UK. However, the building Lee was in strongly resembled Terminal Two of Dubai International Airport. A source has now claimed that Katie is struggling with the uncertainty of her marriage. Speaking to The Sun, they said: 'It's one thing Lee supposedly missed the flight, but the videos of him at the airport while he desperately insists he is still coming are a hard watch. There is a feeling that he needs to accept the game is up, and they are just worried about how Katie will react when she realises that something is amiss.'
Ex-Girlfriend's Claims
In the last few hours, an ex-partner of Lee has claimed he pulled a similar stunt during their relationship and claimed he was travelling to the United Kingdom. Alana Percival, who previously dated Lee, has since shared videos Lee sent her, where he claimed he was about to board a flight to the UK but could not due to a 'flight risk'. In a video she shared, he was picking up his bags and said: 'I'm going to check out now, Oman Air, get my refund issued. I'm going to check Oman Air, Virgin, and British Airways, OK. And I will call you later.' Terminal 2 is where Oman Air is so I am going to go and line now, just while they issue my refund, that just takes one minute. It's just the desk behind me in there. I am at the business section. I just came outside because I was using words like flight risk and so on. I love you. I'll sort it, OK.' Over the top of the video, Alana wrote: 'Another time he pretended to be coming to the UK to come and see me. Wearing his cap so facial recognition doesn't get him. Hahaha. More lies, lies and more lies. Delusional is an understatement. This excuse is one of sooo many but a flight risk if this one. He went all the way to the airport to lie when he cannot travel, lol.'
