Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews failed to appear on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, May 12, where the couple was expected to give their first live interview together. Host Ed Balls informed viewers that Andrews did not make the flight from Dubai, despite sending a voice message saying, 'I hope everything is well, catch you guys tomorrow.'
Susanna Reid noted that critics have claimed the marriage is fake and moved too fast. The couple wed in January after meeting just a week earlier. Price addressed Andrews' absence on social media, posting clips captioned 'Where the hell is my husband?!'
Price previously mentioned on her podcast that Andrews has a travel ban preventing him from leaving Dubai, which can be imposed for minor issues like unpaid bills or parking tickets. She said, 'Everyone has said to me, you can get a travel ban over anything in Dubai.'
Andrews has lived in Dubai for 21 years, and Price stated they plan to travel between the UK and Dubai. Despite the no-show, Price appeared alone on GMB to discuss the marriage and defend her husband against online criticism.
