Kanye West and Bianca Censori Enjoy Date Night in Hollywood Amid UK Ban
Kanye West and Bianca Censori's Hollywood Date Night

Kanye West's wife, Bianca Censori, dressed provocatively for a night out with her spouse in Hollywood on Monday. The couple was seen using the back entrance to enter the stand-up comedy club known as the Hollywood Improv.

Date Night Details

The controversial rapper, 48, and his architect wife, 31, appeared affectionate as they held hands during their Memorial Day date night. Censori stood out as she went braless in a black leather bandeau top that barely covered her chest, paired with skintight gold sparkling pantyhose and gold stiletto heels. Her hair was styled in a highlighted reddish-blonde color, worn down over her bare shoulders, as she carried her cell phone.

West, who has four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, wore a black leather jacket over a white T-shirt, complemented by dark brown leather slacks and lace-up beige suede construction boots. He kept his hair short with a bushy beard and remained expressionless as he headed to a parking lot.

The Hollywood Improv's Monday lineup featured comedians such as Sheng Wang, The Sklar Brothers, and DeRay Davis.

UK Ban and Aftermath

This outing follows news that West, who now goes by Ye, was barred from entering the United Kingdom amid controversy over his antisemitic comments. The government blocked West's attempts to travel to London after backlash to his planned performance at the Wireless Festival.

West has not performed in the UK for over a decade; his last appearance was headlining the Glastonbury Festival in 2015. The three-day festival, set for July, was ultimately canceled, and other European venues distanced themselves from him.

West applied for an Electronic Travel Authorization on April 6 but was denied entry to the UK. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood banned the rapper from entering Britain to perform at the festival, stating his presence would 'not be conducive to the public good.' Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer insisted West 'should never have been invited to headline Wireless' and said he 'stands firmly with the Jewish community' against antisemitism.

Calls had grown for West to be removed from the lineup after a series of antisemitic outbursts, including releasing a song titled 'Heil Hitler' and posing in a swastika T-shirt. As a result, organizers canceled the entire event, offering refunds to all ticketholders.

'As with every Wireless Festival, multiple stakeholders were consulted in advance of booking YE and no concerns were highlighted at the time,' a spokesperson said. 'Antisemitism in all its forms is abhorrent, and we recognize the real and personal impact these issues have had. As YE said today, he acknowledges that words alone are not enough, and in spite of this still hopes to be given the opportunity to begin a conversation with the Jewish community in the UK.'

West had expressed a desire to show 'change through his actions' and meet with Jews in London ahead of the performance in Finsbury Park, which would have been his first in the UK in 11 years.

Following the travel ban, West postponed a gig in France, and his concert in Poland was canceled. He has been attempting to stage a series of comeback performances after publishing a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal in January, in which he apologized for his antisemitic statements and attributed them to the lingering effects of a traumatic brain injury from a 2002 car crash.

An hour and a half after sharing a brief initial statement, West returned to X with a longer post reiterating his desire to prove he had changed. 'I know it takes time to understand the sincerity of my commitment to make amends. I take full responsibility for what's mine but I don't want to put my fans in the middle of it,' he wrote. 'My fans are everything to me. Looking forward to the next shows. See you at the top of the globe.'
