Jacob Elordi’s Teenage Fashion Wins Resurface Amid James Bond Rumours

Resurfaced photographs show Euphoria star Jacob Elordi, now 25, as a teenage model winning ‘Fashions on the Field’ events in Australia. The images, rediscovered by Instagram account Celeb Spellcheck, capture Elordi at age 15 in 2012 and again at 17 in 2014, wearing fedoras, bow ties, and blazers.

Elordi, who grew up in Brisbane, won the racing season competition twice. Fans mocked his outfits, comparing him to a member of the Young Liberals, the youth wing of Australia’s conservative party. One commenter noted the ‘private school boy energy’ in the photos.

Years before his breakout role as Nate Jacobs in HBO’s Euphoria, Elordi faced financial hardship. He told British GQ he had just $400 left when he auditioned for the series, sleeping in his car on Mulholland Drive. ‘Euphoria was my last audition before I went home to make some money,’ he said.

Elordi’s early interest in acting began at age 12, alongside dreams of playing rugby professionally. He recalled being called ‘gay’ for performing in plays but felt confident due to his dual talents in sport and theatre. ‘I was never worried that my peers would think I was less than a man,’ he stated.
