Emmerdale viewers are convinced that the return of Sadie King will spell the end for the sinister Dr Todd. The character, played by Patsy Kensit, is set to make a comeback after 20 years, and fans believe she will be the one to bring down the villainous doctor.

The speculation follows the announcement that Patsy Kensit will reprise her role as Sadie King in explosive scenes. Emmerdale producer Laura Shaw said: 'We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Patsy Kensit back to the cast... Her return will be explosive and guaranteed to shock.'
