Gray Atkins to Return in EastEnders Four Years After Jail

Gray Atkins is set to make a surprise return to EastEnders, four years after being sent to prison, according to upcoming spoilers. The character, played by Toby-Alexander Smith, will reappear in scenes airing next week on BBC One.

In the storyline, Gray is keen to register baby Jordan's birth, but Chelsea Fox, played by Zaraah Abrahams, is concerned. She tells Whitney Dean that even if Gray goes down, she will never be rid of him as long as he is on the birth certificate. Meanwhile, Kheerat Panesar attempts to buy Chelsea some time by taking Gray out for a drink.

Later in the week, Chelsea struggles to eat, and Gray reveals he has a huge surprise in store. Elsewhere, Janine Butcher asks Mick Carter to use The Vic as her address when a social worker visits regarding Scarlett, and begs him to fake being a couple. Mick reluctantly agrees.
